🏄 Paddleboarding festival makes big splash in Torquay: The first-ever SUPERFestival for paddleboarders was held. Paddleboarders came from all over the UK. The event made a big splash in Torquay's inner harbour at the weekend.

🌱 Torbay project launched to protect seagrass meadows: Wetland habitats are common around Torbay. Seagrass meadows support marine biodiversity. Wild Planet Trust says this.

🏪 Aldi eyes new Torbay store as part of £29m Devon investment: Retailer names Torquay among possible sites. Retailer names Exeter and Plymouth among possible sites. It is part of a £1.6bn UK expansion programme.
